Pop Trading Company and Converse reunite for another set of Jack Purcell options, ones covered in tonal scale arrangements.
As with a previous collaboration, both Low and Hi versions of the badminton-icon deliver a familiar, but refreshing proposition. The former silhouette features an understated, classic sole unit with the One Star Brand’s collaborator’s name on the toe tip, while everything else across the upper indulges in a “Grand Purple” scheme. Everything but the laces and collar also boast scales dipped in the aforementioned hue. The taller counterpart unsurprisingly boasts more reptilian detailing than its shorter co-star, but it sports a plain “Egret” palette across its upper and sole unit. Standard license plates on the right shoe are replaced with Pop Trading Company’s branding, just as the tip of the toe; left shoes feature retro-style “CONS” branding.
Enjoy a closer look at the collaborative pair here below, and find pairs available at select European shops on November 20th.
Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, a Mars Yard 2.5 is reportedly in the works.
